We operate our own fiber network in Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg, and provide Fixed Wireless Fiber services throughout Monroe and Northampton Counties — bringing high-speed, reliable connectivity to homes, businesses, and municipalities across the region.

Our Story
Stroud Media was founded by Rob Johnstone, a veteran network engineer with over 30 years of hands-on experience in broadband, RF, and IT infrastructure. Under Rob’s leadership, our team combines deep technical knowledge with a genuine commitment to local service and reliability.
Rob’s career includes key engineering roles with Motorola Solutions, Northrop Grumman, and several broadcast and public safety organizations. He holds multiple professional certifications, including:
